  • CONTEST RULES
 
 
CONTESTANT
  • Contestant must be13 years and above and not more than 35 years of age as on 31st December 2006. The applicant may be required to produce an age and tionality status proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license etc).

  • No minimum Height and/or weight requirements.

  • The contestant is a natural born female.

  • Contestant should be of an Indian origin. Her ancestor has to be from India up to three generation. It covers most of the Indian sub continent including Pakistan and Bangladesh

  • Only persons of good health and moral character can participate

  • Contestant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers.
VOTING
  • Monthly winners of the contest are selected each month based on the highest total popular votes.

  • The MissIndiaonline winner is selected every year out of the 12 monthly winners. So, like the old saying goes, if at first you don't succeed, try again. You can try as many times as you want.

  • The voting mechanism is based on numbers of Votes/Rating. In case of a tie the organizer will make a decision based on a vote by the panel of Judges. In case of a tie for monthly winner a vote based on past popularity of contestants. Past winners always have an edge over new entrants.
    The contestant is a natural born female.

  • You can enter the contest on a monthly basis. The day you get registered will be the official month for which you are eligible.
    Only persons of good health and moral character can participate
ORGANIZER / JUDGES
  • Annual MissIndiaonline winner is selected based on:
    1. Popular votes (Direct Voting/Rating): Which contributes towards 50% of your score.
    2. Panel votes (Judges Rating): contributes towards remaining 50% of your score.

  • Judges decision is final in all cases.

  • The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the pageant. The applicant will participate at her own risk and will have no claim against MissIndiaonline in any regard.

  • The Organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.

  • Organizers are not responsible if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.

  • Organizers have the right to exhibit, distribute, display, transmit, perform, publish, promote, and publicize, the information/photographs for any purpose in any format or media whatsoever.

  • Organizers are not responsible for non-telecast of the show / non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.

  • Any material ideas, concepts, communication, information, shoot, etc made available or obtained by the organizers for this program will be deemed not confidential
OTHERS
  • Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the final competition.

  • In the event of any dispute, amPOSE Media Production's decision is final and binding on the applicant.

  • Why is it so cool to be MissIndiaonline? Well, in addition to being crowned MissIndiaonline, the winner will get cash prizes... The winner also may be introduced to contract opportunities with modeling and talent agencies.
